Te Ara Ākonga - Learner Pathway

Our shared aspiration is to establish strong partnerships and effective collaboration between schools and the Te Puke community, focusing on establishing coherent pathways for all learners from Early Childhood through to Year 13 and beyond. This includes developing a Kāhui Ako Learner Profile that drives learning, achievement, and assessment to sustain cultural knowledge and identity. A student’s learning pathway is the journey they take through the curriculum as they learn and grow to prepare for their future. This learning pathway will be guided by our Learner Profile. The Learner Profile is based on Mason Durie's Te Whare Tapa Whā model.
